great stop with room for improvement
The indoor pool and spa area provided a relaxing escape after a long drive, and the cleanliness of the queen room with refrigerator was noticeable. I appreciated the well-stocked breakfast area which offered a nice variety plus the great proximity to a popular restaurant.
The overall atmosphere felt a bit dated.

The indoor pool was refreshing after a long day.
I faced significant challenges during my stay. Upon check-in, I was given a room that was already occupied, leaving me shocked and embarrassed. Additionally, the ice machine in the hallway was out of order, and there was no sign indicating this, leading to extra frustration during my stay. Furthermore, when I raised these issues to the morning clerk, she seemed unconcerned and didn’t provide any assistance or solutions.

An elevator would be helpful for easier access.

The hotel is a fantastic spot for a family getaway, especially with ample activities nearby. The kids loved the variety of choices at the continental breakfast, including healthy options. It was also nice spending quality time with my brother during our stay.
My kids wished there was better pool supervision. It would be great if the hotel staff could manage the pool area to ensure a safe environment for families.

Had an amazing stay with a group of friends! We explored the Land of Seven Wonders and enjoyed the perfect weather at the lake. The hotel was clean, and we loved the homemade chocolate chip cookies. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, setting us up for the day.
One thing that could improve was the air conditioning. it didn’t cool the room effectively, despite setting it low.

The indoor pool and spa area provided a great place to relax after a long day on the road. However, the parking lot was quite cramped, making it difficult to find a spot. The breakfast options were limited, as many items ran out early, leaving guests disappointed. Additionally, I dealt with a clogged tub drain that resulted in standing water during showers.
